The temperature should be medium.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let the stainless steel pot turn hot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add oil, cumin seeds; saute for a few seconds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add ginger &amp; garlic, saute for a few seconds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add onions, green chilies, and season with salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add tomato, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the diced chicken, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add all the spices- turmeric, coriander, cumin &amp; garam masala. Combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the pot with the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cancel Saute. Select Pressure Cook, set time to 5 minutes at high pressure.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 5 minutes of pressure cooking, do a quick pressure release.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Open the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Perfectly cooked chicken with the gravy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">To a blender jar, add fresh spinach leaves &amp; 1\/2 cup water, puree till smooth.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the pureed spinach to the cooked chicken, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select Saute setting at medium temperature.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Taste &amp; add salt according to your needs. If you want this curry to be spicy add ground black pepper.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add fresh cream, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Garnish with chopped cilantro.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Remove the stainless steel pot from the main pot.
