Orzo is an Italian pasta, shaped like a large grain of rice. It&#8217;s added to soups &amp; salads. In the Instant Pot, orzo has to be only pressure cooked for 3 minutes. I&#8217;ve added Asian sauces and turned orzo into an Asian flavored dish. Can be enjoyed as it is or serve with air-fried or grilled chicken, fish, or steak. Peas &amp; corn can also be added.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Into the stainless steel pot, dump all the above-mentioned ingredients except sesame oil. Combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">For 1 1\/2 cups orzo, add 2 cups water or chicken\/veggie stock.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the pot with the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select Pressure cook setting, set time to 3 minutes at high pressure.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 3 minutes of pressure cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes and then do a quick pressure release.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Open the lid. Combine the cooked orzo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add sesame oil &amp; combine well. Sesame oil will greatly enhance the aroma of this dish, so don&#8217;t skip it.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">There will be some moisture in the pot.
