On days if I want to whip up something real quick that can be enjoyed with curries, stews, or make into a wrap, I make this instant wheat dosa or crepes. All we have to do is make the batter &amp; cook on a tawa &amp; yes drizzle some ghee &amp; you can enjoy the crepes right away. I skip adding eggs.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Blend to a smooth batter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pour in a large bowl, add salt &amp; combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a tawa over medium heat, let turn hot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Grease with oil or ghee.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pour a ladleful of batter on the hot tawa.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Spread using the back of the ladle to a thin round shape.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Drizzle some ghee.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let the bottom side cook &amp; turn brown.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Flip it over &amp; let the other side cook as well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Transfer to a plate &amp; enjoy warm with any kind of curries.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Leftovers can be kept in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">The next day for breakfast, make egg wheat crepe wraps.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">[b]How to make Egg Wheat Crepe Wraps[\/b]<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a bowl, beat 2 eggs.
