Don&#8217;t skip adding this.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Make into patties. Keep aside.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a bowl, combine cornstarch &amp; cold water. Make into a smooth slurry without any lumps.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a non-stick wide pan over medium heat, add 1\/4 cup oil just enough for pan frying.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dip the potato patties in cornstarch slurry. This will make the cutlets crispy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place them on the oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pan fry till both the sides turn crispy &amp; golden brown in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Transfer to a plate.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">These cutlets have turned really cripsy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Enjoy with your favourite dipping sauce or tomato ketchup.
