You can also use a regular pressure cooker.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the beef to the stainless steel pot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Do not add any water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select pressure cook setting, set time to 20 minutes at high pressure.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 20 minutes of pressure cooking, do a quick pressure release.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">There will be some liquid in the pot, drain the liquid &amp; use that for making soups.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">We&#8217;ll be only using the cooked beef.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let the beef cool down.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Beef can be cooked ahead of time &amp; store in the refrigerator for a few days or in the freezer for a few weeks.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a food processor, coarsely grind the cooked beef, keep aside. Do not ground to a smooth paste.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a wide pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the onions, season with salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a blender, coarsely grind the garlic, ginger, green chili &amp; curry leaves along with 1 tbsp water together.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the ground ginger-garlic-green chili mix to the onions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook till onions turn light golden in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the coarsely ground cooked beef. Cook for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chopped cilantro, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Remove the pan from the heat, let cool down.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Beef filling is ready, this can be made ahead of time &amp; stored in the refrigerator or freezer.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a bowl, combine the ingredients mentioned above &#8216;for making the batter&#8217;, make into a smooth thick batter. do not add more water and make into a thin batter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Spread the breadcrumbs on a plate.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cut the brown sides off the bread slices, we will be only using the white part.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Smear the bread with mayo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place 1 to 2 tbsp beef filling on the bread slice.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Make it into a sandwich.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Apply water on the edges &amp; seal the edges well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dip the sandwich first in the batter and then coat it with breadcrumbs.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Deep fry in oil till golden brown &amp; crispy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">This will be super-duper crispy, listen to the cracking crispy sound as you bite on this delicious snack.
