I used Instant Pot to pressure cook the marinated beef and stir-fried the pressure cooked beef in a separate saucepan along with onions &amp; tomatoes. I wanted the beef &amp; onions to turn brown hence stir-fried in a non-stick saucepan. If I had stir-fried in the stainless steel pot of the Instant pot, the onions will be stuck to the bottom of the pot and wouldn&#8217;t be able to stir fry till browned. However, if you have a non-stick insert for the Instant Pot, stir-frying can be done in that.<\/p>\n<p>This is an absolutely delicious, flavorful &amp; aromatic dish; goes well with rice, chapati, poori, naan or roti.<\/p>\n<p>My favorite combination is Beef roast &amp; garlic or add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Combine well and cook till onions turn golden in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chopped tomatoes, cook for 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the cooked beef along with the gravy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add coriander powder, garam masala &amp; salt if required.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Combine well and cook for 10 to 15 minutes till the liquid dries off.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">At this point, increase the heat to high and stir fry till onions &amp; beef turn light brown.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chopped cilantro, mint leaves and lemon juice; stir fry at high heat for a minute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Finally, add vinegar and stir fry for a minute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Remove the saucepan from the heat and keep covered for 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Serve into a bowl and enjoy with rice, chapati, poori, naan or roti.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">My favorite combination is beef roast &amp;
