It has incredible health benefits. Kale contains fiber, <a class=\"content-link css-29oowu keywords\" title=\"How can antioxidants benefit our health?\" href=\"https:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/301506.php\">antioxidants<\/a>,\u00a0<a class=\"content-link css-29oowu keywords\" title=\"Benefits and sources of calcium\" href=\"https:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/248958.php\">calcium<\/a>,\u00a0<a class=\"content-link css-29oowu keywords\" title=\"What are vitamins, and how do they work?\" href=\"https:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/195878.php\">vitamins<\/a> C and K, iron, and a wide range of other nutrients that can help prevent various health problems. Protects against diabetes, supports heart health, limits the risk of cancer, improves bone health, helps in digestion, promotes healthy skin &amp; hair, and great for eye health.<\/p>\n<p>Many delicious dishes can be made with kale: fritters, soups, and stews, possibilities are endless.<\/p>\n<p>This is one of my favorite dishes to make with Kale, stir fry the kale leaves with coconut and turmeric powder. Let turn hot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add coconut oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add mustard seeds, let splutter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chana dal &amp; urad dal, saute for a few seconds till they turn golden. Donot brown them.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add dried red chilies, saute for 2 seconds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add onion chopped, season with salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stir fry for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add garlic, combine well.
