Let the display show hot sign.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add oil or ghee. Ghee will make this curry taste even more delicious.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add dried bay leaf, this is optional.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add onion and 1\/2 tsp salt. Saute for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add grated garlic and ginger.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chopped tomato; cook for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add potatoes and marinated chicken. Combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add 1\/2 cup water, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the pot with the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cancel Saute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select pressure cook. Set time to 8 minutes at high pressure.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">If using 7 in 1 Duo IP, turn the steam release valve to sealing.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 8 minutes pressure cooking, do a quick pressure release.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Open the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Combine the curry well. If the gravy is thin you can thicken the gravy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select Saute setting at normal temperature and cook for a few minutes till the gravy thickens.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chopped cilantro.
