Saute everything and cook for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add sliced onions, season with 1 tsp salt, saute for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add mutton or goat chops, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chili powder, turmeric powder, fennel powder, coriander powder, Garam masala and 1\/2 tsp salt; combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add yogurt, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the pot with the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cancel saute mode.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select pressure cook mode, set time to 25 minutes at high pressure. Click start if using Instant Pot Ultra model. (Turn pressure release valve to Sealing in 7 in 1 DUO model).<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 25 minutes of cooking, do a quick pressure release.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Open the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">There will be enough liquid that oozed of the mutton chops in the pot.
