Scoop out the flesh.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Into a bowl, add the avocado.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Using a fork, mash the avocado till smooth.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add lime or lemon juice, paprika, ground black pepper, salt, green onions &amp; cilantro; combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Lime or lemon juice will prevent oxidation and avocado wouldn&#8217;t turn brown.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a cast-iron skillet, cook eggs in olive oil- make sunny side up or over-easy eggs based on your preference. Season the eggs with ground pepper.
