Squeeze the soaked tamarind in water to extract juice, drain the juice and discard the skin. Keep aside.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a blender, add all the ingredients mentioned \u2018for grinding\u2019 along with 1\/4 cup water. Grind to a coarse paste.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a saucepan over medium heat.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add oil, let turn hot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add mustard seeds, let splutter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add dried red chilies and curry leaves.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the ground mixture, combine well and cook for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add small onions, season with 1\/2 tsp salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Saute for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add tomato, cook for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chopped cilantro &amp; mint leaves.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add freshly squeezed tamarind.
