This is one of my favorite one-pot dishes. I make the chicken curry in the Instant Pot, made effortlessly and then combine cooked tapioca or yuca root along with it. Season with 1\/2 tsp salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the cubed tapioca and cook for 15 to 20 minutes till fork tender.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Drain the water and keep aside.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Turn on the Instant Pot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Turn on Saute Mode, Medium Temperature.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let Hot sigh display.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add oil and dried bay leaves. Saute for a few seconds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add onion, season with 1\/2 tsp salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add grated garlic and ginger, add curry leaves.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Saute till onions turn light golden in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chicken, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the pot with the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cancel Saute mode and turn on pressure cook mode.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Set time to 10 minutes at high pressure.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 10 minutes, do a quick pressure release.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Open the lid.
