Combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add basmati rice.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add garam Masala and 1\/4 tsp salt. Combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add 1 3\/4 cups water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add cilantro and mint leaves.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the pot with its lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select pressure cook mode.
