Different kinds of spices and herbs are added to the grated coconut to make different kinds of chutneys. Strain the juice and discard the skin. Keep aside.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a saucepan over medium heat, add oil and let oil turn hot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add mustard seeds, let it splutter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add whole dried chilies and curry leaves.
