I just scarf down cereal or oatmeal before I go to work, many times I take my breakfast with me and eat at the desk while working. So, on weekends I try to make something good for breakfast, though I&#8217;m a bit lazy to cook in the morning. My man loves pancakes and waffles. I make them with different ingredients each time I make pancakes or waffles.<\/p>\n<p>Today, I made these oats and blueberry pancakes and was gobbled up by my Man and me with so much enthusiasm. Combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add egg, combine well using a fork.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add vanilla extract, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add milk &amp; combine well using a whisk or fork without any lumps. If the batter is too thick add 1\/4 cup more milk.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add blueberries, and give everything a good mix.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a pan over medium heat, let turn hot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add 1 tbsp butter, let the butter melt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pour a large spoonful of batter onto the pan.
