Let the display turn Hot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add 1 tbsp oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add cumin seeds, saute for a few seconds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add whole red dry chilies, saute for a few seconds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add onion, season with salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Saute till translucent.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add tomato, saute for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add swiss chard, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add water, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a trivet on the pot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Into a heat resistant glass or stainless steel bowl, add rinsed brown rice.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add water and salt, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the bowl on the trivet.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the pot with its lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cancel Saute mode.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Turn vent to Sealing on the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Click on Manual- High pressure. Click on Adjust, Click on + and set the timer to 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After the pressure cooking has completed for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, after that do a quick pressure release by turning the knob to venting.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Open the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Remove the bowl with the cooked brown rice from the pot and take off the trivet.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Give the swiss chard mung bean a good mix.
