Last weekend, I tried the eggs baked in hash browns by following Gordon Ramsay&#8217;s recipe and it turned out perfect.<\/p>\n<p>Hash browns are basically seasoned shredded or grated potatoes that&#8217;s been pan fried.<\/p>\n<p>This is my Man&#8217;s current favorite weekend brunch dish. Combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Using your hands, squeeze the potatoes and onion to release water from them. Discard the liquid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a non-stick pan (oven proof) or cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add 3 tbsp olive oil on the pan, give it a swirl.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Spread the shredded potatoes and onion on the pan.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let cook for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chopped butter towards the sides of the pan and let it melt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let the bottom side turn golden brown.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cover the pan with a plate and flip it over.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Hash brown will fall onto the plate.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Slide it back into the pan with the browned side down.
