I&#8217;ve been having turkey for the last 3 days and my Man has started to frown. I had some more leftover turkey that I wanted to serve for tonight&#8217;s dinner. I had to turn that into something fancy and make my Man fall for it.<\/p>\n<p>I made a filling with turkey and stuffed into the crepes and fried in oil till golden. Turned out delicious and my Man gobbled up. I used turkey.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Shred the turkey.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook the potatoes in a microwave or in boiling water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a pan over medium heat, add oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add onion, season with salt and cook for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add ginger-garlic paste, saute and cook till onions turn light golden in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add cooked turkey, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add garam masala, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mash the cooked potatoes and add to the turkey mixture, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add cilantro, combine well and cook for a minute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Remove the pan from the heat and keep aside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">[b]Making Crepes[\/b]<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a blender, puree all purpose flour, water and salt together till smooth.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pour the batter into a bowl.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a non-stick pan over medium heat, grease with non-stick cooking spray.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pour one spoonful of batter on the pan, using the back of the spoon spread the batter in a circular way.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook for a few minutes and remove the crepe from the pan.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Repeat with the remaining batter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">[b]Making flour glue[\/b]<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Combine 2 tbsp all purpose flour and 1 tbsp water into a paste.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">[b]Stuffing the crepes[\/b]<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">On the center of the crepe, place 2 to 3 tbsp of turkey filling.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Spread flour glue on the sides of the crepe and fold into square shape (first fold the 2 ends and then the other two ends).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">[b]Frying the stuffed crepes[\/b]<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Using a whisk, beat the eggs taken in a bowl. You could either use just egg whites or both whites and yolks.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Spread breadcrumbs on a plate.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a frying pan over medium heat, add enough oil for frying.
