In an Instant Pot- cook at high pressure for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Keep aside the cooked beef.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a pan over medium heat or use an Instant Pot in saute mode.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add oil, let turn hot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add whole cardamom, cloves and bay leaves, saute for a few seconds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add ginger and garlic, saute till golden in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add onion, curry leaves- season with salt and saute till soft.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add tomatoes, cook for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add coriander powder, garam masala, ground pepper, turmeric powder and salt.
