Combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cover the cooker with its lid and cook till 2 to 3 whistles.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let the pressure subside and open the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">The gravy will be thick. If you want to thin it down add 1\/4 cup water to it and heat for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add cilantro, combine well.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">[b]Making the tempering[\/b]<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a small frying pan over medium heat, add ghee and let it turn hot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add mustard seeds, let it splutter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Half the dry red chilies using your fingers and add to the pan.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Saute for a few seconds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add this to the cooked cauliflower and lentil mixture, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Keep covered for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Serve along with Rice or Rotis.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERNutrition\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"endeasyrecipe\" style=\"display: none;\">3.4.3177<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cauliflower Dal or Cauliflower and lentil cooked together to make a nutritious curry&#8230; The other day when I had made broccoli parathas, I wanted some kind of gravy to go with it.
