Combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cover the cooker with its lid and place the whistle.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook for 25 minutes or till 3 whistles.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let the pressure subside and open the lid, save 1\/2 cup of the liquid in the cooker or the beef broth.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Keep aside the cooked beef.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">[b]Roasting whole spices[\/b]<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a pan over medium heat, add all the ingredients mentioned &#8216;for roasting whole spices&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Roast for 3 minutes till aromatic. Do not burn the spices.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let the spices cool down a bit.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Into a blender jar, add the roasted whole spices, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, cilantro and water. Grind to a smooth paste.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat, add ghee.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the ground paste, rinse the blender jar with 2 tbsp water and add to the pan.
