It didn&#8217;t happen though. Finally, after a week long break from blogging, I am back.<\/p>\n<p>This is a Chinese style dish that can be made with very less ingredients and effortlessly. 1\/2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Vegetable oil- 1\/2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Ginger, minced- 1 inch slice<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Garlic, minced- 2 cloves<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Soy sauce, low-sodium- 1\/2 cup<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Rice vinegar- 1\/4 cup ( do not use white vinegar)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Chili Paste or sambal Oelek- 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Corn Starch- 1\/2 tbsp mixed in 1 tbsp cold water<\/li>\n<li class=\"ERSeparator\">[b]Other ingredients[\/b]<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Sesame seeds- 1\/2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Green onions, chopped- 2 stalks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dice 2 boneless chicken breasts.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for making the batter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add oil and let the oil turn hot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dip the diced chicken in the batter, let the batter coat the chicken evenly, add to the oil and deep fry till golden brown in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Transfer the fried chicken to a kitchen paper towel and keep aside.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a wok or non-stick pan over medium heat, add sesame oil and vegetable oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add minced ginger and garlic, saute till they turn golden in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add soy sauce, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add rice vinegar and chili paste, combine well and let the sauce come to a slight boil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add 1\/2 tbsp corn starch mixed in 1 tbsp water, keep stirring while you add the corn starch, Let the sauce thicken.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Immediately, add the fried chicken to the sauce and combine well and stir fry for a minute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Remove the pan from the heat.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">This can be served as an appetizer or as a main dish along with fried rice, plain rice or noodles.<\/li>\n<li
