I&#8217;ve been harvesting \u00a0a lot of mint leaves from my veggie bed.\u00a0Fresh Mint spreads a divine aroma and any dish will turn great if fresh mint is added.<\/p>\n<p>I made a sauce with mint, cilantro and green chilies and added to the shrimp. A fantastic shrimp dish\u00a0with mesmerizing aroma and incredible taste, that can be prepared in less time. Keep aside.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a non-stick cooking pan over medium heat, add oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chopped ginger and garlic, saute till they turn golden in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chopped onion, season with a few pinches of salt, saute till onion turn light golden in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chopped tomato, cook for a minute till it&#8217;s mashed up.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add shrimp and cook covered for a few minutes till shrimp turns pink.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the mint-cilantro-green chili paste to the shrimp, combine well and cook till the raw smell goes away for 4 to 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add soy sauce, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add 1\/4 cup water and cook for a minute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add corn starch mixed with water, combine well and let the gravy thicken.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Taste and add salt if needed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add ground pepper, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Finally, garnish with chopped green onions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Serve as a main dish or side dish along with rice, roti, noodles etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERNutrition\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"endeasyrecipe\" style=\"display: none;\">3.2.2925<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shrimp cooked in Mint-Cilantro sauce, now that&#8217;s an aromatic and delicious dish&#8230; The other day while cooking with shrimp, I wanted to\u00a0turn it into an aromatic and delicious dish.
