It&#8217;s a versatile fruit &amp; can be made into both sweet &amp; savory dishes. There is n number of ways of turning this plantain into a delicious dish.<\/p>\n<p>One of the easiest yet the most delicious dish is this ghee-roasted plantain with coconut, egg &amp; nuts. I can literally enjoy this dish every single dish; it&#8217;s nutritious &amp; healthy.
