When Asian seasonings and flavors are added to beef, it really enhances the taste of the beef. I would say beef is a better choice for making stir fries than chicken. I made this beef stir fry a couple of days ago, the taste of this dish still lingers in my mouth. Keep aside.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Heat a wok over medium heat, add 2 tbsp oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add dry chili flakes, cumin seeds and fennel seeds, saute till the seeds turn light brown and aromatic.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add curry leaves, saute for a few seconds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the coarsely ground garlic\/ginger\/chilies, stir fry till the mixture turns golden in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add beef strips, season with ground pepper and salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stir fry till the beef has cooked well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Keep the cooked beef strips aside.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In the same wok, add 1 tbsp oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chopped red onion, season with salt and stir fry till it turns translucent.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add green pepper, mushrooms and celery; stir fry till the veggies turn tender but is still crisp.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the roasted cashew nuts, stir fry for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the cooked beef strips, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add soy sauce and rice vinegar, combine well and stir fry a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Taste and add more salt or ground pepper if needed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Garnish with spring onions, stir fry for a few seconds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Transfer to a dish and serve warm with rice or noodles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERNutrition\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"endeasyrecipe\" style=\"display: none;\">3.2.2265<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Absolutely delicious stir fry&#8230; Beef and Asian flavors get along so well.
