I cooked the carrots and made a sauce out of it. Combined the chicken and paste in the carrot sauce. Keep aside.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook the pasta in boiling water seasoned with salt, drain the water and keep aside the cooked pasta.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a large pan over medium heat, add oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add onions, a few pinches of salt, cook till translucent.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add diced carrots and cook till it turns tender.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add Thai red curry paste, saute for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Transfer the cooked onions and carrots to a blender, add water and puree to a smooth paste.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Return to the pan, add the cooked chicken to the sauce.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add ground pepper and hot sauce or chili powder, cook for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the cooked pasta, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">If the sauce is too thick add water to thin it down.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Taste and add more salt if needed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add cilantro and cook for a couple of minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Serve in a plate and enjoy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERNutrition\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"endeasyrecipe\" style=\"display: none;\">3.5.3251<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Healthy and tasty one pot meal&#8230; I&#8217;d been wanting to share this recipe for so long, this is one of my favorite one pot meals that can be made in less than 30 minutes.
