urad dal; saute till they turn golden brown in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Roughly half the dried red chilies, add that and curry leaves, saute for a few seconds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add turmeric powder &amp; asafoetida, saute in the oil for a couple of seconds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the cooked rice &amp; salt, stir fry for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Take curd in a bowl, whish well using a spoon.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the curd to the rice, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Lower the heat, cook for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Remove the wok from the heat.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Serve yogurt or curd rice along with [url href=&#8221;http:\/\/www.thasneen.com\/cooking\/green-mango-pickle-south-indian-style\/&#8221;
