The other day I had canned tuna in my pantry and pickled olives in my refrigerator and I was forced to make something out of it. How about tuna-olives cutlet? Didn&#8217;t sound that weird to me, at least I don&#8217;t have to add any extra salt to it.<\/p>\n<p>This tuna olive cutlet tasted good, the pickled olives gave that extra kick.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuna-Olives Cutlets<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11745\" title=\"tuna cutlet\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/tuna-cutlet.jpg\" width=\"475\" height=\"317\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/tuna-cutlet.jpg 475w, https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/tuna-cutlet-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/tuna-cutlet-84x55.jpg 84w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 475px) 100vw, 475px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tuna, canned- 2 cans<\/li>\n<li>Onions, chopped small- 1, small<\/li>\n<li>Pickled olives, chopped- 1\/4 cup, rinse under water and dry it<\/li>\n<li>Spinach, chopped small- 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Corn starch- 1\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li>All purpose flour- 1\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li>Ground pepper- 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Italian seasoning or other seasonings- 2 tsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Olive oil- to pan fry cutlets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruction<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Combine all the above mentioned ingredients in a large bowl.
