I literally cannot settle for same kind of dishes, even if I make the same dish I would make some alterations. There are only a few dishes which I make in the same way always. When it comes to fish, I like tilapia as it’s very mild and doesn’t have that intense fishy smell. I often bake it, roast it, fry it o make curries out of it. Last week, I made this flaxseed-walnut crusted tilapia, I would say this is the best way of making tilapia. Seasoned tilapia was coated with ground flaxseeds/walnuts and pan fried in oil infused with cinnamon and cardamom. This couldn’t get any better, hands down the best tasting tilapia.

Flaxseed-Walnut Crusted Tilapia

<img loading="lazy" decoding="async"
