In addition to flan, I&#8217;ve also made meat cutlets, chili chicken and this spicy fried potatoes. During weekends or on holidays, when I needed an extra kick for my lunch I used to make this spicy fried potatoes. Potatoes have never disappointed me, they taste delicious regardless of how it&#8217;s made. However, fried potatoes always get a special place in my heart. That&#8217;s why I cannot resist french fries and potato chips&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>This is a very easy to make side dish, all you have to do is to marinate the diced potatoes and fry it in the oil till golden brown. Yumminess in no time. You can serve this along with any meals or as a fried snack to munch on.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spicy Fried Potatoes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To marinate potatoes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Potatoes, diced evenly- 5 to 6 white\/yellow potatoes<\/li>\n<li>Chili powder- 1 1\/2 tsp or more depending on your spice level<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder- 1\/8 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Ground pepper- 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Salt- to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oil- enough to deep fry<\/li>\n<li>Curry leves- 1 sprig<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruction<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Peel off the potato skin using a peeler and dice it evenly.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, marinate the diced potatoes along with chili powder, turmeric powder, ground pepper and salt, keep aside for 10 minutes or longer.<img
