When any of my dishes taste blant, I add a few dash of cajun seasoning and it turns into a flavorful dish. Cajun seasoning is a blend of many flavorful spices and I like the instant spice kick it gives to the dishes. The other day, I made this pan fried cajun chicken. Also,\u00a0saut\u00e9ed onions and cherry tomatoes in the same pan after frying the chicken. A succulent chicken dish, very flavorful, aromatic and delicious.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pan fried Cajun chicken served on\u00a0saut\u00e9ed\u00a0onions and cherry tomatoes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11596\" title=\"cajun-chicken\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/cajun-chicken.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"475\" height=\"317\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/cajun-chicken.jpg 475w, https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/cajun-chicken-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/cajun-chicken-84x55.jpg 84w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 475px) 100vw, 475px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Serves: 3 people<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To marinate chicken<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chicken breasts, halved &#8211; 3<\/li>\n<li>Cajun seasoning- 1 1\/2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Lemon juice- 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Ground pepper- 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Corn flour- 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Salt- to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For pan frying:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Olive oil- 1 1\/2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Sesame oil- 1\/2 tbsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Saut\u00e9ing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Onion, cut long- 1, large<\/li>\n<li>Cherry tomatoes- 15<\/li>\n<li>Cajun seasoning- 2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Salt- a few pinches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruction<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marinate the chicken with the above mentioned &#8220;to marinate chicken&#8221; ingredients.
