Apple Dates Smoothie - Healthy Drink

Serves: 2 glass
- Apple, skinned and chopped- 1 large (red delicious or gala apple)
- Dates, pitted- 10
- Sugar- 2½ tbsp
- Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
- Cold milk, skim- 1½ cups
- In a blender puree all the ingredients to a smooth consistency.
- Pour into a glass along with ice or without ice.
- Sip and enjoy this yummy creamy smoothie.
