Papaya Milkshake and its amazing health benefits
- Papaya, ripe, diced- ½ papaya
- Milk, skim milk- 2 cups
- Sugar or honey- 2-3 tbsp
- Wash the ripe papaya under running water.
- Cut it into half, peel off the skin and remove the seeds from it.
- Cut the papaya into small cubes.
- Put diced papaya, milk, sugar or honey in the blender and blend it into smooth milkshake.
- Pour this into a milkshake glass and enjoy.
