Dates Peanut Butter Chocolate Bark - Healthy Snack

  • Pitted dates- 25 (based on the size of the bark)
  • Peanut butter
  • Chocolate chips- 1½ cup
  • Crushed pistachios or almonds or any nuts
  • Rose petals, crushed
Instructions
  1. Use pitted dates, I've taken around 25 dates.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Take chocolate chips in a bowl.
  4. For a healthy version, use dark chocolate chips.
  5. Place the bowl in the microwave & heat for total of 2 to 3 minutes till the chocolate has completely melted, ensuring to take the bowl out of the microwave after every minute & mixing it well.
  6. Gently open the dates & place on the parchment paper like a sheet.
  7. Spread peanut butter over the dates.
  8. Evenly spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter.
  9. Top the chocolate with crushed pistachios or almonds or cashew nuts.
  10. I've also added some rose petals.
  11. You can also add desiccated coconut, any toppings of your choice.
  12. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for an hour or till the chocolate has set well.
  13. Take it out of the refrigerator.
  14. Using a knife, roughly cut the bark & just enjoy.
