Kashmiri chili powder- 2 tsp (for more heat add regular chili powder)
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
Coriander powder- ½ tbsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Salt- 1½ tsp
Cooked potatoes- 2, diced
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Cilantro, chopped- ¼ cup
Instructions
I've taken 2 canned tuna in water, drain the water. Keep it aside.
I've cooked 2 whole potatoes in the microwave- potato setting, cook till they are slightly fork tender, don't overcook till they have mashed up. Has to be firm.
Or cook the potatoes in boiling water over stovetop.
Place a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add oil, add chopped onions, season with ½ tsp salt.
