Ingredients
  • Chicken thighs- 2 or 4, bone-in
  • Ground all spice- 1 tsp
  • Ground black pepper- ½ tsp
  • Paprika- ½ tsp
  • Salt- 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. I've taken bone-in chicken thighs, you can also use chicken legs or boneless chicken breasts.
  2. To the chicken, add the spices & salt, combine well.
  3. Any kinds of spices & seasonings can be added.
  4. Place a cast iron skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken & cook covered for a few minutes, liquid will ooze out of the chicken.
  6. Flip it over & cook the other side.
  7. I add ¼ cup water & cook covered till the chicken has cooked well.
  8. Open the lid & cook till both sides have turned golden brown.
  9. Transfer to a plate, if you prefer drizzle freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  10. Enjoy
