I've taken bone-in chicken thighs, you can also use chicken legs or boneless chicken breasts.
To the chicken, add the spices & salt, combine well.
Any kinds of spices & seasonings can be added.
Place a cast iron skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil.
Place the seasoned chicken & cook covered for a few minutes, liquid will ooze out of the chicken.
Flip it over & cook the other side.
I add ¼ cup water & cook covered till the chicken has cooked well.
Open the lid & cook till both sides have turned golden brown.
Transfer to a plate, if you prefer drizzle freshly squeezed lemon juice.
