Orange Turmeric Immunity Booster Shots - Relief For Cold & Cough

- Oranges- 3
- Turmeric root- 2-inch slice, peeled
- Fresh ginger root- 2-inch slice, peeled
- Lemon juice- 3 tbsp
- Water- 1 cup
- Ground black pepper- a few pinches/shot
- I made a small batch, for making a large batch double or triple the recipe.
- Any kind of orange can be used.
- Use fresh turmeric root & ginger, peel off the skin.
- To a blender jar, add the orange segments, turmeric root, ginger & freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Add 1 cup water, don't add a lot of water.
- Blend everything well.
- Strain the juice to a pitcher.
- This is a concentrated juice, don't dilute the juice.
- Pour into shot glasses.
- Just before having this shot, add a few pinches of ground black pepper.
- Ground black pepper will activate the Curcumin in the turmeric.
- It's good to have this shot in the morning, enjoy.
- Any leftover shots can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days.
