Ingredients
  • Carrot, diced- 1 (for making 2 servings)
  • Pomegranate- 3 tbsp
  • Coconut water- 1½ cups
  • Sugar or honey- 1 tbsp
  • Soaked basil seeds- 2 tbsp (optional)
  • Ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Use fresh carrots & pomegranates for making this drink.
  2. Add 1 diced carrot to a blender jar along with 1 cup coconut water, blend well till smooth.
  3. Strain the carrot juice through a strainer to a pitcher.
  4. Add pomegranate to the blender along with ½ cup coconut water, blend well.
  5. Strain the pomegranate juice through a strainer into the carrot juice.
  6. Add sugar or honey & combine well.
  7. Add soaked basil or sabja seeds.
  8. Add 1 tbsp pomegranate & a few ice cubes.
  9. Pour into glasses & enjoy this refreshing & healthy drink.
