Refreshing Carrot Pomegranate Drink | Healthy Beverage

- Carrot, diced- 1 (for making 2 servings)
- Pomegranate- 3 tbsp
- Coconut water- 1½ cups
- Sugar or honey- 1 tbsp
- Soaked basil seeds- 2 tbsp (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Use fresh carrots & pomegranates for making this drink.
- Add 1 diced carrot to a blender jar along with 1 cup coconut water, blend well till smooth.
- Strain the carrot juice through a strainer to a pitcher.
- Add pomegranate to the blender along with ½ cup coconut water, blend well.
- Strain the pomegranate juice through a strainer into the carrot juice.
- Add sugar or honey & combine well.
- Add soaked basil or sabja seeds.
- Add 1 tbsp pomegranate & a few ice cubes.
- Pour into glasses & enjoy this refreshing & healthy drink.
