Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp hoisin sauce & 1 tsp dark soy sauce, stir fry for 2 minutes.
Don't add more than a tsp of dark soy sauce, it has an intense taste that will make the noodles brown in color.
Stir fry over high heat for 3 minutes.
Add chopped cilantro, sesame seeds & 1 tsp sesame oil, stir fry for a minute.
Serve on a plate & enjoy this flavorful & absolutely delicious shrimp udon noodle stir fry.
