I've used store-bought spring roll pastry sheets, thawed them well.
Place one sheet on a wooden board.
Place 1 tbsp chicken filling on one of the ends.
Cover with the pastry sheet, and roll once.
Apply some water on the ends, helps to glue the ends.
Fold the ends & tuck it in & make into a roll.
In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs.
Right before air frying, dip the rolls in the egg.
Let's air fry the rolls.
I've used Instant Pot Duo crisp & air fryer, any kind of air fryer can be used.
Place the air fryer basket in the stainless steel pot, place the broil tray in it & line the broil tray with parchment paper.
Place the rolls on the parchment paper.
Close the pot with the air fryer lid.
Select air fry, time 15 minutes, temperature 400 F or 200 C.
After 15 minutes of air frying, open the lid.
Crispy & golden chicken spring rolls are ready to be enjoyed.
