5 Minute Dump & Go Instant Pot Chicken Curry

- Boneless chicken, diced- 2 breasts or thighs
- Onions, chopped- 2
- Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves- 1 sprig (optional)
- Tomatoes, chopped- 2
- Kashmiri chili powder- 1 tsp
- Regular chili powder- 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
- Cumin powder- 1 tsp
- Coriander powder- 2 tsp
- Garam masala- 1 tsp
- Salt- 1 tsp
- Cilantro, chopped- 2 tbsp
- Into the stainless steel pot, add all the above-mentioned dump & go ingredients.
- Combine well.
- Close the pot with the lid.
- Select pressure cook, set time to 5 minutes, pressure should be high.
- After 5 minutes of pressure cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes & then do a quick pressure release.
- Open the lid, combine well.
- Add chopped cilantro, combine well.
- If you prefer, you can add ½ cup coconut milk; will taste delicious.
- Enjoy this aromatic curry with basmati rice, roti, chapati, or any kind of flatbread.
