Dark soy sauce will impart a nice dark color to this dish.
Add ground black pepper based on your heat level.
Add ½ cup water, combine well.
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch with 3 tbsp cold water.
Add the cornstarch slurry to the beef, combine well.
The gravy will thicken right away. Cook for a minute.
Add sesame seeds & sesame oil, combine well.
Garnish with green onions & cilantro.
Remove the stainless steel pot from the main pot.
Serve into a bowl & enjoy with noodles or rice.
