To the stainless steel pot, add ground beef along with the spices. Combine well.
Ground beef can be replaced with ground chicken.
Close the pot with the lid.
Select pressure cook setting. Set time to 10 minutes at high pressure.
After 10 minutes of pressure cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes & then do a quick pressure release.
Open the lid.
Ground beef will be cooked perfectly, there will some liquid or beef broth in the pot.
Save the beef broth, which can be used for making soups or add to curries or other dishes.
Place the cooked ground beef in a bowl, using a spoon break the lumps.
Ground beef makes a perfect topping for tortilla wraps, sandwiches, pita wraps, etc.
