I've cooked this curry in the Instant Pot Ultra model 6 quarts.
If you don't have an Instant Pot, use a pressure cooker.
Add all the ingredients mentioned 'for pressure cooking' into the stainless steel pot.
Combine well.
Close the pot with the lid.
Select pressure cook setting, set time to 30 minutes at high pressure.
After 30 minutes of pressure cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes. After that do a quick pressure release.
Open the lid.
Remove the stainless steel pot from the main pot & keep covered.
Let's make the tadka or tempering.
Place a small frying pan over medium heat.
Add ghee, add mustard seeds let splutter.
Add cumin seeds, saute for a few seconds.
Add dried red chilies & Kashmiri chili powder.
Combine well.
Immediately, pour the tadka or tempering over the curry.
Keep the curry covered for a few minutes.
Enjoy this healthy, nutritious & tasty curry with rice or roti, or enjoy it as a soup.
