Pomegranate Orange Juice

- Pomegranate- 2 tbsp
- Orange segments- from 1 navel orange
- Water- 1 cup
- Maple syrup- 2 tbsp (or honey or sugar)
- Chia seeds or basil seeds, soaked- 2 tbsp
- Into a blender jar, add pomegranate, orange & water.
- Blend well.
- Strain the juice into a tall glass.
- Add maple syrup or honey or sugar, combine well.
- Top with soaked chia seeds or basil seeds.
- Enjoy!
