Onion, diced- 1
Carrot, diced- 1, large
Potatoes, diced- 2, medium-sized

Cauliflower, florets- 1 cup
Garlic, chopped- 2 cloves

Chili Powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder- ¼ tsp
Cumin Powder- ½ tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Garam Masala- ½ tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Water- ½ cup
Instructions
Turn on the Instant Pot.
Add the above-mentioned ingredients to the stainless steel pot. Combine well.
Close the pot with the lid.
Select pressure cook mode, set time to 3 minutes at high pressure.
Click start if using IP Ultra model.
After 3 minutes of pressure cooking, do a quick pressure release.
