Mussel Fry

- Mussels, removed from the shell, cleaned in running water- 20
- Chili powder- 1½ tsp
- Turmeric powder- ⅛ tsp
- Ground black pepper- ¼ tsp
- Salt- ½ tsp
- Combine the cleaned mussels with the above-mentioned ingredients for marination and marinate for 15 minutes
- In a frying pan, heat the coconut oil, add the marinated mussels, fry until golden brown color.
- Avoid frying the mussels to a crispy texture, it tastes good if it is less crispy.
- Transfer the fried mussels to a paper towel.
- Enjoy.
Adjust the spice level according to your needs.
