- Beetroot, grated- 1, small
- Carrot, grated- 1, small
- Green chilies, chopped- 1
- Cilantro, chopped- 2 handful
- Yogurt- 1½ cups
- Salt- to taste
- Grate the beetroot and carrot.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and serve with the chicken pilaf.
